Operations Manager- Clare
Permanent Position, includes Pension and Health Insurance
We are currently looking to recruit an Operations Manager for our Customer a Health Insurance company based in Co. Clare region. Commutable from Limerick City, Shannon, Ennis and South Galway.
This exciting new opportunity is seeking an experienced, competent and proficient Operations manager to manage a busy office.
Responsibilities:
Full delegation responsibility for the office.
Management of all staff development, performance management, attendance and productivity.
Provide staff training and coaching aswell as mentorship.
Conduct ongoing audits of the office and staff in line with targets
Manage office health & safety, risk assessments and review of supplier contracts etc.
Responsibility for office facilities and suppliers.
Ensuring full compliance with current GDPR regulations
Full budget responsibility for the office.
Responsible for managing customer complaints in accordance with prescribed procedure.
Experience Required:
Previous Insurance Industry experience to include claims, accounts, applications and reconciliations is required.
Must have previous experience in managing, motivating and leading a large number of office staff.
The ideal candidate will have previous Health Insurance industry experience
Experience in staff development, recruitment, attendance management, conflict management essential
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal, communications and negotiation skills.
Ability to interact with colleagues and customers in a professional manner.
Ability to self-motivate and self-start;
Must be able to effectively work in a team environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
