We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Operations Manager to join the team at a renowned visitor attraction in Co. Clare.
As the Operations Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and management of the visitor attractions, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards.
Reporting to the Operation Manager, the Duty Operations Manager will have responsibility for the operational management of the facilities, the supervision, management and motivation of staff, training and ensuring a professional service delivery.
The position will be operational on seven days a week basis according to a monthly published roster in advance with extended hours at certain times according to business requirements.

Desirable Experience

Experience in tourism services or visitor attraction.
