Production Supervisor

Due to continued growth, our Clare based Client has a new and exciting opportunity for a Production Supervisor to join their team.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Production Supervisor will be responsible for driving efficiency and ensuring high quality products and delivery to meet customer demand.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious candidate to gain valuable leadership experience in a growing company.

Responsibilities include:

• Drive production to achieve daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics
• Initiate and drive continuous improvement activities, and liaise with all stakeholders to ensure efforts are coordinated across all relevant areas
• Ensure that all regulations are adhered to both legislative and internal
• Develop detailed production plan and schedule, and ensure this is communicated to production team
• Mentor and motivate Production Team

Candidates will require the following qualifications & experience:

• Relevant qualification or equivalent level of experience
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position
• Working knowledge of ISO9001 and/or EN1090 regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate
• Creative thinker, with strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Fluent English both written and verbal.
