An Accounts Payable / Finance Assistant is required for an immediate start with a client based in Shannon, Co. Clare.
This is a permanent position and a great opportunity for an Accounts professional to gain broader office experience across HR and Office Management.
Responsibilities will include:
- Process Supplier Invoices and Payments
- Processing Weekly Payroll
- Maintain H.R. Records
- Processing Permit Applications
- Maintaining Custom Records
- Reception Duties
- Booking Business Events
- Office Management
Candidates should have:
- Similar experience in a fast pace environment
- Excellent I.T. Skills, proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Excel
- Experience with Quantum Software would be an advantage
- E.R.P. Experience
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Client Management Skills
- Candidates will require a high level of English, both written and oral
- Must be eligible to work in Ireland
