Eflexes Staffing & Recruitment are currently hiring a Payroll Officer on a 10 month maternity contract based in Shannon, Co. Clare. This contract role will offer great opportunity to work in a fast paced HR environment.
*Payroll experience is essential (3+ years)*
Responsibilities for this role will include but not limited to:
• Payroll (Weekly and Monthly)
• HR Reporting and Systems
• Compensation and Benefits
• Performance Management
• Recruitment and Selection
• Sarbanes and Oxley (SOX)
• Travel Administration
• Employee Relations and Communications
• Health and Safety
• Any other ad hoc duties required
Experience:
• Minimum of 3+ years Payroll and HR Experience
• Payroll and HR qualification required
• Competent in working in fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated accuracy and attention to details.
