Our client, a Large Food Production company in Cork are currently looking to recruit a Production Supervisor for their site.
Job Summary
This exciting role will involve supervising and motivating a large team of skilled operators in a fast paced manufacturing environment. The fast growing organisation is looking for a dynamic and energetic individual who wants to be part of an evolving organisation. This role also offers the opportunity to work in other company bases in Europe and may suit an individual looking for diversity in their role.

Education / Experience
3-5 years Management experience in a similar role
3-5 years’ experience in a highly regulated environment (preferably Clean Room)
Excellent communication and influencing skills with proven ability to deliver results
Previous experience in a lean manufacturing environment
Previous experience of new product introductions
