We are currently recruiting Customer Service Representative for Limerick city based client on 6 to 8 week contract.  

Prime Objective 

Work as part of Customer Services team to achieve operational goals and objectives by providing excellent Customer Service support to broad customer base, primarily via phone and email.   

Responsibilities include:

  • Work as part of Customer Service team to receive and acknowledge customer order and confirm delivery schedule.
  • Responsible for update of IT system to reflect latest information.
  • Provide customers with detailed response to all order queries raised.
  • Proactively address customer complaints and ensure that issues raised are effectively closed out.
  • Maintenance and update of customer files as per internal processes.   
  • Responsible for ongoing update and maintenance of CRM systems.
  • Other Admin duties as required. 

 Job Requirements: 

  • At least 1 year working in similar Customer Service role
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
  • Have the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Excellent customer interface skills.
  • Ability to develop excellent working relationships with customer.
  • Strong IT Skills, with previous experience using CRM systems.
  • Must have fluent English.
