Introducing Mairead McKenna, our Founder, a highly accomplished Operations & HR professional with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector. With a degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Limerick, Mairead brings a unique perspective to her role at eFlexes. Throughout her career, Mairead has worked in a number of multinational companies in the manufacturing & telecommunications industries specifically IBM, Fujitsu, BioMedical Research and Tellabs. Her experience includes managing large teams at an EMEA level and overseeing complex projects, with a focus on ensuring quality and efficiency. At eFlexes she has worked on everything from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and retention, and has a proven track record of delivering exceptional results. But Mairead isn't just a talented HR professional – she's also a creative at heart. She is a talented designer with a passion for creating beautiful turnkey homes. From conception to completion, she has a knack for managing every detail of the design process and delivering exceptional results. In her free time, she loves to indulge in her passion for interior design ( holds a Diploma in ID – if you’re going to do something, do it right! ) , often taking on DIY projects to create stunning spaces in her own home. She also enjoys crafting and is known for her impressive skills in everything from sewing to painting to upcycling preloved furniture. In her current role at eFlexes, Mairead leverages her experience in manufacturing to ensure that the company's HR processes are streamlined and effective which ensures that our Customers and Candidates are centre stage. Mairead ‘loves’ excel and all things numbers related , is IPASS qualified and completes complex payroll runs on a weekly basis. With her wealth of experience and diverse skill set, Mairead is an invaluable member of the eFlexes team and likes to work hand in glove with her team providing insight, encouragement & support.
