We have an immediate permanent opportunity with Clare based multinational client for Customer Service Representative with fluent Italian, Spanish & English.
The Customer Service Rep will be required to receive, acknowledge and organise collection and delivery of product as per customer instructions.
To be considered for this position, you will need:
• Fluent Spanish, Italian and English (written & spoken)
• Excellent telephone manner
• Ideally, have some experience working in a similar customer interface role.
• Self motivated, with the ability to work effectively with minimum direction.
• Some IT skills, with previous experience working with CRM system.
• Strong organisation skills, with the ability to follow through on commitments.
