Office Administrator Required-Balbriggan Co. Dublin
Eflexes Recruitment are currently recruiting a Full Time Administrator/Receptionist for a Large company based within the food industry in Balbriggan, Co. Dublin. This internationally recognized organisation are seeking a dedicated, organised and experienced administrator to join their growing team.
This role will involve:
• Answering calls, meeting customers, arranging meetings
• Assisting Senior administrators and the account team with basic accounts duties
• General Filing, managing stationary etc
This post is a 6 month contract to start in January 2017 with a view to permanency.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in a customer facing administration role
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook - Essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required in English
• Highly motivated and organised with a flexible attitude
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Committed to producing solid results
