Part Time Office Administrator-Clonakilty, Co. Cork – Starting January 2017
Eflexes Recruitment are currently recruiting an Experienced Office Administrator for a busy Office based in Clonakilty Co. Cork.
The post will be varied working with suppliers, customers and colleagues. This role will involve General office administration duties as well as general accountancy duties. This long established company are seeking an individual with a strong worth ethic, excellent attention to detail and an outgoing personality.
This role will be Part Time Office hours, some flexibility will be required to work Saturday mornings. Hours can be tailored for the right candidates 5 mornings- 9am -2pm or 3 long days.
Duties:
• Support to the team with day to day administration in the office
• Typing, dealing with queries, filing, data entry and scanning
• Monitoring the website and social media platforms
• Provide cover on reception from time to time
• Credit Control on customer accounts
• Cashing up and making lodgements
Experience & Requirements:
• 3 year + work experience is required in an Office Administrator Role
• Excellent Microsoft Office Skills essential, in particular excel.
• Excellent organisational skills essential.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines with very high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work as part of a team and use your own initiative where required.
