We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced General Administrator for our Shannon based client.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
• Organise, store and file stream various documents as required
• Obtain proof of deliveries and Purchase Orders in some cases to assist other Company departments
• Track stocks of office supplies and replenish where necessary
• Manage phone calls and correspondence, email, letters, packages, etc.
• Liaise with other Company departments to assist in the sourcing and/or replenishment of facility required products
• Assist in the integration and upkeep of Sage
• Compile weekly/monthly data as required
• Take part in regular performance reviews, manage attendance, holidays records as appropriate
• Work within the Company Guidelines at all time
• Ensure all Environmental, Health and Safety procedures are adhered to at all times
Skills & Experience:
• Previous experience working in a similar Admin role.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Previous customer interface skills essential
• Self motivated with the ability to prioritise workload in line with business deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
