eFlexes Staffing and Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for a Marketing Executive who specializes in E-mail and Content Marketing. This is a Full-time role based with a client of ours in Limerick City.
As part of your role, you will be responsible for the planning, creation, execution and reporting of emails that sell! You will also be a keen writer who is at ease writing content that answers our customers’ questions as well as selling the products.
Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
• Manage email marketing campaigns end-to-end, including planning,
targeting, set-up, content creation, testing, execution, reporting and optimisation of the campaigns.
• Generate reports and monitor performance in order to provide recommendations and deliver continuous improvements to the email system.
• Inter-departmental co-ordination of campaign activity to ensure a consistent and integrated brand experience across all touch points.
• Staying current with best practices, strategies, and industry regulations
related to email.
• Developing our evolving email strategy so that the customer is are getting the right
message in front of the right customer at the right time.
• Create segmentation criteria and groups for our mailing data.
• Work alongside our data team to ensure they are utilising customer data
in the most effective manner possible.
• Adhere to all campaign deadlines and budgets.
• Continuously perform A/B tests and Multivariate tests to optimise the
performance of the programme.
Requirements:
• Hands on experience with email automation software, HTML and content management systems.
• Design experience is preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
• Highly competent with a high level of attention to detail.
• Customer focused with a key understanding of how to drive trade as well
as being passionate about Digital experience.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills in order to manage
relationships with internal colleagues, to achieve a specific outcome.
• An ability to work under tight deadlines.
