Immediate requirement for an experienced Senior Human Resource Generalist ,
to join the team of a world leading specialist in the aviation industry.
This position is offered on a short- term contract basis.
The ideal candidate would be available for an immediate interview:
Job Description:
• Working closely with and reporting to the senior management team.
• End to end organisation of the recruitment and induction process.
• Up to date knowledge of Employee Relations and current Employment Laws.
• Supporting new and ongoing HR projects.
• Other ad hoc tasks/projects as required to meet the business needs strategy.
• Undertaking salary review surveys.
• Ongoing management of HR administration.
•
Candidate specification:
• Possesses strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Proven ability to work autonomously, and prioritise workload.
• Minimum of 3 yrs experience in a similar role.
• 3rd level qualification in Human Resources.
• CIPD qualified.
• Excellent Computer Skills (Microsoft Office).
• Good knowledge and understanding of Irish and EU Employment Law.
• Available for an immediate start.
