Due to continued growth in our business, eFlexes Staffing & Recruitment Solutions is now recruiting a Recruitment & Contracts Specialist to join their team based in Shannon, Co. Clare. This position will be offered on permanent basis with key responsibilities as follows:
The role:
Person will provided administrative, customer service support to our recruitment & contracts team, candidates and clients.
You will be the main point of contact for the on boarding process, candidate searching, advertising campaigns, candidate support, payroll queries and general HR Administrative tasks
Interviewing, uploading, registering and updating candidate details on our database ongoing.
Ongoing maintenance and update of employee files.
Issuing and following up on all contractual paperwork, client and employee queries.
Support team in the managing of key clients as required.
Ongoing use of Social Media tools etc. as required to continuously raise profile of our business.
Work with team to identify potential new business opportunities, set up of business meetings etc.
Requirements:
Degree in Business/HR or similar.
Previous experience in a similar (recruitment, customer service / office administration or office sales support) role.
Structured & organised approach to getting things done.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritise workload.
Excellent communication skills, comfortable dealing with our candidates and clients on the phone and face to face
Ability to work effectively as part of team.
Strong administration and PC Skills.
