We have an immediate opportunity for Receptionist/General Administrator for initial 3 to 4 week contract with long established multinational clients in the Shannon area
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide prompt, efficient, polite and friendly response to both internal and external queries via phone, face to face and email.
• Manage busy switchboard, answer queries, forward calls to the relevant people/departments and take detailed and accurate messages as required.
• Ensure that all visitors are treated with the highest level of respect and professionalism.
• Ensure that Reception area is consistently organised, clean, tidy and presentable.
• Reporting and Administration duties as required.
• Ensure compliance with relevant organisation policies and procedures at all times.
Skills/Experience required:
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience working in similar type role, ideally in a multinational organisation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organised and proficient with using Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Excellent planning and organisation skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
