We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for 6-month contract with Ennis based multinational client.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for responding to a variety of customer enquires in a timely manner
Develops KPI’s for managing customer enquiries -works with supervisor and wider team to improve processes and reduce enquiries
Responsible for RMA enquiries and processing
Issues weekly RMA report and tracks progress
Responsible for customer back order management tasks
Other Daily/Weekly reports as required
Take responsibility for other duties as requested and as assigned from time to time
Supports sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations with clients/customers, which can substantially affect service and/or product revenue(s).
Works with various departments to meet maintenance services sales goals. Works with customers and/or distributors to receive accurate account of equipment failures and provides reports to management.
Focus of work may be in pre-sale or post-sales or both.
Requirements /Essential Skills / Attributes
Degree or equivalent
Extensive use of ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics Ax), CRM
Microsoft office; email, word excel
Attention to detail, process driven
Working back may be required at peak times and skeleton cover for public holidays
