 We are currently recruiting an experienced Customer Service Representative to work within a large multinational company based in Shannon, Co.Clare.

JOB OVERVIEW:
Provide first line support to valued customers and regional sales staff in their markets.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work on their own initiative and also work as part of a team and engage with many functions (operations, supply chain, distribution, finance and sales) in order to deliver.
The role will involve working on a number of systems (CRM and JDE) in order to complete sales order processing, customer set-up and maintenance, consignment stock management, return of materials, quotations, management of customer queries and complaints along with pricing, supply chain and logistics queries.
 

DUTIES AND TASKS:
Ability to provide an excellent professional support to customers & sales
Order Management for EMEA customers
Quotations processing
Management of customer queries and complaints
Data integrity of customer profiles
Consignment commercialisation

CRITERIA SKILLS:
The ideal candidate will be confident, articulate and professional and be capable of championing Customer Service
Excellent communications skills; both written and verbally ( additional European language an advantage )
Ability to represent the Voice of the Customer with strong ownership of issues
Experience with JDE and CRM and Microsoft office suite is a pre-requisite in order to be successful
Accuracy and attention to detail
