Retail Manager- Hardware Store West Cork
We are currently working with our customer based in the Clonakilty area of West Cork in the recruitment of a Retail Manager.
This is a Full time role working Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will form part of a large sales team and will be responsible for developing and motivating the team whilst offering exceptional customer service.
Experience required:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Retail Supervisor/ Manager position ideally within Hardware/tools
- Experience of driving weekly targets and sales.
- Previous people management skills with an ability to motivate people
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
- Motivated and flexible with a can do attitude.
