We have an immediate opportunity with Mid West Ireland based multinational IT company for Sales Support Co-Ordinator with German. Responsibilities include outbound calls to existing and new prospects via the phone, email and/or chat to ensure that their existing products meet customer expectations and whether there is opportunity to generate additional sales leads. This also includes dealing with any product or presales queries. Role is primarily an outbound role, candidates who are technically savvy with an upbeat personality and customer service experience may also be a fit. Please note: it is a 3 year contract role.
Duties:
o Work from customer list calling customers providing product information on a broad range of IT products and advice related to products and services that best suit the customers’ needs.
o Follow up on leads generated from the Customer Service Team or other departments.
o Provide an excellent customer experience from the initial call to final sale closure.
o Ability to identify opportunities to up and cross sell products as per customers’ requirements in consultation with Sales Team
o Complete call logs and reports as per agreed metrics.
o Offer a high level of service meeting our department metrics
o Liaise effectively with other internal departments and external businesses in a professional manner as required.
o Recognise, document and escalate customer issues or trends following appropriate communication and escalation channels where required.
o Stay up to date on product knowledge by attending training workshops, self training and keeping up to date on product material.
O Update and reporting on Salesforce.
Skills/experience:
o Ideally have 3 years experience in a similar outbound customer interface role.
o Demonstrated a passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.
o Self-motivated with excellent communication skills in English with native level German.
o Have a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude.
o Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
o Able to set priorities, respond to change, and demonstrate flexibility in dealing with daily demands.
o Strong problem solving skills and ability to interpret and communicate data.
o Previous experience in Customer Interface role (Customer Service or IT)
o Needs to be able to partner successfully in a team environment.
o Very familiar with computer operation systems, (incl. Microsoft suite, Salesforce an advantage).
o Fluent in German and English essential.
