A Builders Provider and DIY Hardware Store located in Co. Limerick is recruiting an experienced General Manager to oversee and manage the day to day operations of the store.
Responsibilities
-Managing the operations of the store
-Communication of KPI`s to branch management and staff
-Management of the yard, warehouse and transport functions
-Regular review of all cost inputs, including haulage / delivery and overhead costs
-Recruiting, selecting,orienting and training employees
-Credit control and working capital management
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role
-Showroom experience and design
-Previous experience in builders supplier/ DIY sector a distinct advantage
