Health Care Assistants – Nursing Home Dublin Permanent Full-Time
The Role: My client is currently recruiting Healthcare Assistants for full-time permanent posts in Dublin. This is a privately owned 87 Bedded Nursing Home located in west Dublin, a 10 minute drive from the M50 and 20 minutes from the city centre with several bus stops located nearby. Day and Night Shifts available
Responsibilities
- To work as part of a team of Health Care Assistants under the direction of the Nursing team
- To provide quality person -centred care to meet the needs of residents in order for them to continue living independently with privacy and dignity
- This is an interactive role - carers need to be genuinely interested in the residents and their well-being
Requirements
- Previous nursing home experience is essential
- QQI Level 5 healthcare assistant or equivalent is essential
- Must have excellent spoken and written English
- Current Moving and Manual Handling Certificate
- Further training will be provided
