A privately run nursing home based in County Limerick is seeking to recruit a DIRECTOR OF NURSING.
Requirements:
-A registered Nurse on the Register of Nurses held by NMBI
-Evidence of continuous professional development
-Post Graduate diploma in gerontology (desirable)
-Post registration management qualification in health or a related field
-Good IT Skills
Essential Experience:
-Minimum five years post graduate experience with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Care of the Older Person at CNM level or above.
-Have an in-depth knowledge of the ageing process
Experience:
- Staff Supervision: 3 years +
