Contracts Manager / Estimator

EFlexes Staffing Solutions is currently working with a large Construction Group based in Galway who have a requirement for a Contracts Manager and Estimator. The role is managing contracts for an existing workload and submitting tenders for new projects, ranging in value from €100k to €5m. We are looking for a diligent, enthusiastic and ambitious professional to fill this role. This is a full-time permanent position with flexible hours if required.
Responsibilities:
Must be able to demonstrate strong commercial awareness and Cost Control ability with a proven track record in the area of construction planning
Instruct, coach and direct project staff with respect to construction, contractual and regulatory requirements with responsibility for assigned work
Must function effectively as liaison between the company and external Client executives so as to protect the Company and the specific project, to resolve issues or concerns in conjunction with the senior management
