Business Relationship Manager Supply Chain

Responsibilities
Deliver a strategic business plan for the organisation
Oversee the management of a team of key account representatives
Hold the team accountable to achieve measurable results
Drive a culture of exceptional customer service throughout the business
Monitoring complaints with a view to identifying areas of the business impacting on the customers experience
Develop/execute effective partner sourcing, qualification, and relationship management
Responsibility for developing procurement strategies for the categories of Road, Ocean, and Air freight inc. FTL, LTL, mail logistics and small parcel
Evaluate partner/supplier core competencies and competitive positioning using industry cost models and benchmarking analysis tools
Understand best-in-class procurement practices including extensive end-to-end experience in Sourcing, Negotiations & Supplier/Industry Analysis
Negotiate appropriate supplier agreements with Key Performance Indicators (KPI), Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Continuous Improvement efficiencies
