Maintenance Electrician / Technician Shannon Permanent
eFlexes is currently recruiting a qualified electrician with strong mechanical and pneumatic experience to work in a precision machining environment. This role will involve machine break-downs, machine installs and PM`s.
Job Responsibilities:
- Electro-mechanical repairs to various makes of machine tools, drives, motors, pneumatic and hydraulic control systems
- Electrical and Mechanical trouble-shooting
- Input to and carry out Preventative and Predictive maintenance routines
- Closely monitor line and machine performance and intervene on line as soon as any deterioration in performance occurs
- Troubleshooting using PLC Programs
- Update the maintenance management system (CMMS)
The Candidate:
- Trades Qualified Electrical with strong Mechanical knowledge
- Minimum of 2 years experience within a maintenance environment, ideally precision machining
- Working knowledge of CNC Machine tools
- Experience with use of Lean Tools such as Standard Work/6s and Six Sigma Tools such as Method 1 and 5 Whys
- Excellent trouble shooting skills
- Ability to work on own initiatives
