We are currently recruiting for a reliable, skilled Maintenance/ Facilities Person for our client based in Co. Clare on a permanent contract basis. This facility is commutable from Limerick City.
The successful candidate will join the maintenance team within an elderly care facility in the Clare region.
Responsibilities:
You will responsible for general maintenance duties onsite including,but not limited to:
-Electrical Works
-Painting/Decorating/Tiling
-Outdoor maintenance on occasion
-Wider range of repairs consistent with Health &Safety regulations
-Completing paperwork as per works completed/scheduled
-Auditing
-Organisation for events
Qualifications/Experience:
-Min. 3 years' of experience working in a maintenance environment
-Electrical background/ Electrician Trade Qualifications will be a distinct advantage
