Accounts Receivable Administrator
eFlexes are delighted to be assisting in the recruitment of an Accounts Receivable Administrator for a Client based in Ennis, Co. Clare.
This is a permanent position with a very competitive salary and benefits package, free and easily accessible parking.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager and working within a relatively small and friendly team, the Accounts Receivable Administrator will be responsible for:
- Checking, processing and balancing daily payments from companies and individuals
- Reconciling payments from companies and individuals
- Generating invoices and account statements
- Maintaining account receivable files and records
- Investigate and resolve any enquiries or irregularities
- Process credit and debit card payments
- Answering incoming telephone calls and emails in a professional manner
- Maintaining and building relationships with all departments and identifying areas for improvement
- Undertaking other general administrative duties as required
Candidates should possess the following:
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Word and MS Office suite
- Excellent attention to detail is essential
- Team player with an ability to quickly develop relationships
- Commercial awareness
- Quick thinker with problem solving skills
- Good time management skills
