Responsibility:
• Managing main switchboard and coordinating messages for staff across different departments
• Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at the office
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
• Organising meetings
• Updating and maintaining internal database
• Receiving deliveries and documenting
Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum 1 years of experience working in similar fast paced environment.
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic
• Good numerical skills and strong attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal skills, with energy and “can-do” attitude.
