We are currently recruiting for an experienced Logistics Administrator for clients based in Portlaoise.

 
Full-time permanent contract

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
To provide administrative support to the team such as typing of correspondence, data entry, presentations, and spreadsheet information as required and other administrative duties such as filing, photocopying and scanning
Managing both manual and electronic filing systems 
Establishing strong relationships with suppliers, customers, to ensure business success. 
Encouraging and supporting collaboration across departments and takes actions that are best for the individual
Jointly responsible with the directors for implementing of the collection service budgets
Assign work (routes and task sheets) to collection personnel 
Supporting the overall execution of logistics and warehouse strategies.

Skills/ Experience 
•12 -18 months experience working in an office environment 
•Excellent I.T skills 
•Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
•Be able to work in a busy environment to tight deadlines
