We are currently recruiting for an experienced Logistics Administrator for clients based in Portlaoise.
 
Full-time permanent contract
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
•	To provide administrative support to the team such as typing of correspondence, data entry, presentations, and spreadsheet information as required and other administrative duties such as filing, photocopying and scanning
•	Managing both manual and electronic filing systems 
•	Establishing strong relationships with suppliers, customers, to ensure business success. 
•	Encouraging and supporting collaboration across departments and takes actions that are best for the individual
•	Jointly responsible with the directors for implementing of the collection service budgets
•	Assign work (routes and task sheets) to collection personnel 
•	Supporting the overall execution of logistics and warehouse strategies.
Skills/ Experience 
•12 -18 months experience working in an office environment 
•Excellent I.T skills 
•Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
•Be able to work in a busy environment to tight deadlines
