Administrator – Contract
We are currently recruiting an Administrator for a seven-month contract with a great company based in Ennis, Co. Clare.
Working hours are Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your duties will include:
- Reconciling payments from companies and individuals
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
- Prompt answering of incoming telephone calls and emails
- Maintaining and building relationships with all departments and identifying areas for improvement
Candidates should have the following:
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Word and all MS packages
- A team player with an ability to build relationships quickly
- Commercial awareness
- Quick thinker with problem solving skills
- Good time management skills
