Due to the significant business growth, our client currently has opportunities for Administrator Ennis, Co. Clare.Position will be offered on initial 7 month contract on day shifts (Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm).
Reporting to the Operations Manager
Responsibility:
Reconciling payments from companies and individuals
Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
Prompt answering of incoming telephone calls and emails
Maintaining and building relationships with all departments and identifying areas for improvement
Candidates should have the following:
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Proficient in Word and all MS packages
A team player with an ability to build relationships quickly
Commercial awareness
Quick thinker with problem solving skills
Good time management skills
