Due to increased demand and business growth, our client is hiring an organised, motivated Project Manager to progress and support Clinical Trial Supply Chain services.
This role is based in Shannon, Co.Clare.
The Role:

Driving clinical trial service-related activities within customer agreed timeline and budgets by establishing and building relationships with the customer.

Facilitating meetings, managing timelines, controlling budgets, communicating to key stakeholders, identifying risks and creating appropriate action plans to combat them.

Acting as lead customer contact, responsible for developing successful working relationships with designated customers.

Identifying process improvements and driving initiatives to implement these improvements.

Providing coaching, mentoring and inspiration to team members and direct reports.

Actively delivering updates to senior management both internally and for the customer.
The Candidate:

A track record of successfully leading cross functional projects

Critical thinker with strong negotiation skills

Effective communicator with strong organisational skills and motivation to meet deadlines and balance multiple priorities.

Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum for 2 years’ experience in Clinical Trial related services (Medical / Med-device background)

Minimum 4 years’ experience in project management.

Fluent user of Microsoft products and software.

Willingness to travel when needed (approx. 20%)

Must possess IRT (Interactive Response Technology) or IxRS Services knowledge and hands on experience.
