Our client, an Irish pharmacy chain, are seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join their team based in Dublin on a 12 month contract basis.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Compliance with company policy and procedures
- Developing strong cross-functional relationships
- Participation in training programmes
- Processing credit notes and account reconciliations in a timely manner
- Resolving account queries
- Following up with suppliers on invoices and statements
- Assisting with month-end activities
- Other ad-hoc finance related tasks as required
Requirements:
- Previous Accounts experience mandatory
- Proven attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills
- Experience with Navision 2018, SAP, Oracle or similar accounting software
- Experienced with Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work effectively under deadlines
