A brief overview of responsibilities:
- Logging and preparing files for Import and Export
- Receiving and processing relevant documentation
- Process shipments
- Monitor shipments
- Invoicing
Qualifications
- 3-5 years' experience in logistics
- Ocean Freight experience would be an advantage but not essential
- Effective Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to relate to customers and internal employees at all levels
- Ability to self-motivate and work in a fast moving, pressurized environment
- Previous experience with Word, Excel, Windows, Email, and various PC based Software.
- Fluent business English is essential
