eFlexes have a rare opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to join a small firm in Shannon.  With the option of working from home, or on a hybrid basis, the successful candidate will be responsible for looking after the accounts section of the business.

Working a minimum of 2.5 days per week, and up to five days if the candidate is interested in undertaking some marketing duties, the new Accounts Administrator will join a small, friendly and supportive team.

Candidates should be self-motivated, with the ability to work independently, and have experience across accounts receivable, year-end preparation, and payroll, ideally with an Accounting Technician qualification.

Responsibilities include:

  • Payroll preparation
  • Preparation of year end accounts for Accountant
  • Dealing with incoming payments from multiple sources
  • Invoice Reconciliation
  • Updating details on system
  • Ordering Office Stationery
  • Other duties as required

Candidates should have:

  • An Accounting Technician qualification   
  • Proactive, self-starter who can work on their own initiative
  • Experience with Payroll and preparing year end accounts information
  • Accounts Receivable experience
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Fluent English both written and verbal
