A Service Coordinator position has recently become available with a client company based in Ennis, Co. Clare.
This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced, highly organised, Administrator to join a friendly and supportive team.
This is a permanent, full time, position and comes with a very competitive salary.
Responsibilities include:
- Handle outbound and inbound calls to and from customers with care, and professionalism
- Support the Service team with general administrative tasks and action tasks
- Manage and maintain documentation to customers, including reviewing work sheets, invoicing, and providing updates
- Generate Purchase orders where required
- Produce weekly reports
- Respond to customer queries in a timely manner
- Ensure all calls are monitored, actioned, and scheduled
- Scheduling day to day works for Service Engineers
- Other duties as required
Candidates will require:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative position
- High level of computer literacy, including MS Word and MS Excel, with the ability to learn new software with ease, is an essential requirement for this role
- Strong planning and organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Strong attention to detail is essential
- Excellent interpersonal and customer facing skills
- Good recall and problem-solving ability
