Due to continued growth, our Shannon based client, a progressive precision component manufacturer, are looking for a Logistics Administrator to join their Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for Receiving goods inwards, and Shipping, and duties will include:

Verifying and storing material in a systematic, effective, and efficient manner.

Receiving material and processing documents through internal company ERP system.

Accurate and timely completion of relevant documentation.

Documenting requests and corresponding with suppliers by email.
-
Booking and co-ordinating couriers.

Shipping deliveries through internal ERP system and completing relevant shipping documents.

Working with inhouse ERP system and scanning devices.
-
Observing housekeeping and safety regulations/policies.
Qualification and Experience:

Excellent IT skills and experience with the ability to comfortably work with MS Office suite as well as the ability to learn other software tools is a requirement.

Excellent team worker with the ability to collaborate with all departments in the organisation.

Excellent organizational and effective communication skills.
-
Able to handle multiple demands and prioritize tasks according to operational needs.

Continuing attention to details.

Experience in a similar logistics/warehouse/materials role is an advantage but not a requirement as full training and support will be given.

Fluent Written and Spoken English is an essential requirement.
