Due to continued growth our Limerick Based client are looking for a customer Service Advisor to join their team.
This is a permanent, full time, position working standard office hours Monday to Friday, so Ideal for and experienced Customer Service Representive looking for a postion that does not include shifts.

Responsibilities will include:
Order taking and processing onto SAP via phones and email
Resolving customer enquiries and queries
Liaising with other departments regarding production and delivery times
Responsible for raising product returns
Booking in orders
Processing consignment stocks
Ensuring all tasks are completed in line with the month end procedures
Responsible for building relationships with customers
Produce and update monthly CSC stats
Other duties may be assigned as required.
Candidates will require:
A minimum of 2-3 years in a Customer Service position
Comfortable using Microsoft Office: Word; Excel; Outlook
Experience using SAP or other CRM or ERP Software
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Relationship building skills
Proactive approach, with the ability to prioritise tasks in busy environment
Flexible, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Calm, level headed, nature.
Fluent English both written and verbal.
