Due to continued growth our Limerick based client are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.
This is a permanent, full-time, position working standard office hours Monday to Friday, so ideal for an experienced Order Management or Customer Service Representative looking for a position that does not include shifts.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Order taking and processing onto SAP via phones and email
  • Resolving customer enquiries and queries
  • Liaising with other departments regarding production and delivery times
  • Responsible for raising product returns
  • Booking in orders
  • Processing consignment stocks
  • Ensuring all tasks are completed in line with the month end procedures 
  • Responsible for building relationships with customers
  • Produce and update monthly CSC stats
  • Other duties may be assigned as required.
 
Candidates will require:
 
  • A minimum of 2-3 years in a Customer Service position
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office: Word; Excel; Outlook
  • Experience using SAP ERP Software is essential, candidates who have experience with JD Edwards or Oracle will also be considered
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Relationship building skills
  • Proactive approach, with the ability to prioritise tasks in busy environment
  • Flexible, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Calm, level headed, nature.
  • Fluent English both written and verbal.
