Due to continued growth our Limerick based client are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.
This is a permanent, full-time, position working standard office hours Monday to Friday, so ideal for an experienced Order Management or Customer Service Representative looking for a position that does not include shifts.

Responsibilities will include:

Order taking and processing onto SAP via phones and email

Resolving customer enquiries and queries

Liaising with other departments regarding production and delivery times

Responsible for raising product returns
-
Booking in orders
-
Processing consignment stocks
-
Ensuring all tasks are completed in line with the month end procedures

Responsible for building relationships with customers
-
Produce and update monthly CSC stats
-
Other duties may be assigned as required.
Candidates will require:
-
A minimum of 2-3 years in a Customer Service position
-
Comfortable using Microsoft Office: Word; Excel; Outlook

Experience using SAP ERP Software is essential, candidates who have experience with JD Edwards or Oracle will also be considered
