We currently have an excellent new opportunity for an experienced Repair Processor to join long established multinational client in Shannon, Co. Clare. The position will report to Product Leader/Team Leader and will be offered on a full-time permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a cellular-based Production team.
- Ensure all aircraft engine components are repaired to the highest standard of quality within world-class turnaround times.
- Ensure the highest level of workmanship is delivered and safety procedures are adhered to at all times.
- You will work as part of a dedicated production team performing steps within the repair processes that are required to ensure the engine components are fully repaired and ready to go back into service.
- Ensure you follow work instructions, manuals, etc when carrying out your role.
- Work to the Company principles of 6s, TPM, Lean manufacturing.
- You will have a strong focus on safety in your daily duties.
- Full training will be provided.
Personal Specifications:
- Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Training or demonstrated experience in any of the following would be an advantage:
- Machine operation / CNC Programming
- Weld operations
- Inspection of Parts
- Non-Destructive Testing
- Fabrication experience
- You should be proactive and eager to learn and take on responsibility.
- Attention to detail and a high level of manual dexterity are essential.
- Ability to work as part of a team and get along well with other team members.
- Good attitude, willing to learn and pursue a career in the aviation industry.
Working hours:
Mon – Thurs: 11.30pm – 7.30am
Fri:9.30 pm – 4.30 am
