Due to continued expansion, our Clare based Client has an immediate opportunity for a Service Coordinator to join their team.  This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced, highly organised, Administrator to join a friendly and supportive team. 
Based in Ennis, Co. Clare, this is a permanent, full time, position and comes with a very competitive salary.  Office based; this role offers great potential for career growth, and is ideal for someone who enjoys planning and coordinating.
 
Responsibilities include:
  • Handle outbound and inbound calls to and from customers with care, and professionalism 
  • Support the Service team with general administrative tasks and action tasks
  • Manage and maintain documentation to customers, including reviewing work sheets, invoicing, and providing updates
  • Generate Purchase orders where required
  • Produce weekly reports
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely manner
  • Ensure all calls are monitored, actioned, and scheduled
  • Scheduling day to day works for Service Engineers
  • Other duties as required
 
Candidates will require:
  • Strong administrative skills, with a minimum of 3 years previous experience
  • High level of computer literacy, including MS Word and MS Excel, with the ability to learn new software with ease, is an essential requirement for this role
  • Strong planning and organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise workload
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail is essential
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer facing skills
  • Good recall and problem-solving ability
