Our Shannon based Client, a global leading brand, is seeking a confident and experienced Channel & Events Marketing Manager to join their international Marketing Team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-visibility marketing plans that will be launched across leading retailers worldwide. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the successful candidate will play a vital role in maximizing marketing opportunities through running events, developing retail merchandising, and promotional activities in partnership with sales teams and retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Working closely with the sales teams, plan and execute Channel marketing plans for assigned retailers including outlining retail display and promotional opportunities.

Project manage the implementation of retail POS displays ensuring a clear brief is provided to the design team that represents customer needs.

Project manage the company’s presence at various B2B and industry events throughout EMEA.

Work with cross-functional teams to accomplish company goals and objectives including sales, product management, and marketing teams

Liaise with third party vendors that will support our visual merchandising requirements.

Be the go-to-market lead for all new product launches within the company ensuring excellent and timely execution in the market.

Execute against company product launch tracker and ensure successful product launches

Build relationships with marketing counterparts of key customers to enhance our presence in their stores and websites.

Identify and develop sales and education tool needs for our sales team and our channel partners including presentations, launch kits, or other materials.

Support new business pitches, product development, and go-to-market strategies.

Manage the development and syndication of the Company web content across multiple partner websites.

Measure and report on the effectiveness of the Company’s channel marketing executions and promotions.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.

4+ years in marketing for a consumer product or mobile, technology company.

Previous experience coordinating small to medium scale events ideally within the consumer electronics industry.

Experience managing third party vendors and agencies.

Thrives in a collaborative team environment but also comfortable working autonomously and taking full ownership of projects.

Strong critical thinking skills – able anticipate problems and provide solutions.

Must have a collaborative style and be able to cultivate and maintain an open environment where ideas are shared, questioned and tested.

Possess fluent English with outstanding oral and written communication skills.

Full Clean Driver’s License.

Willingness to travel up to 15% (both domestic and international).
