Our Client, a thriving company based in County Clare, are seeking a skilled and experienced Office Administrator to join their team.
The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in our organization, providing support across various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The successful candidate will primarily assist with accounts administration, payroll preparation, and preparing customs documentation. In addition, general office administration duties will be an essential part of the role.
This is an onsite position and will be offered on a contract basis. The specific duration of the contract will be discussed with the selected candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Accounts administration, including invoicing, billing, and reconciliation.
- Assist with Payroll preparation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to relevant regulations.
- Create and maintain customs documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Perform general office administration duties, such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Support the management team with various administrative tasks as required.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for easy retrieval and reference.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements when necessary.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of previous experience in an Office Administration role.
- Proven experience in accounts administration, payroll preparation, and customs declarations.
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all aspects of work.
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information.
