We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join a well-known company based in Ennis, Co. Clare.

Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries over the telephone.
- Providing prompt and effective responses to customer queries.
- Accurate and efficient data entry into relevant systems.
- Responding to inbound customer calls/emails within agreed-upon service levels.
- Contributing to process improvements whenever possible.
- Recording customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborating as part of a team to ensure high customer service satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles.
- Proficient IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-skilled team.
