Technical Sales Executive:
Our client is offering a captivating opportunity for a Technical Sales Executive to become an essential part of their team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will play a vital role in the company's operations, actively contributing to its growth and development. As a Technical Sales Executive, you will have the unique opportunity to report directly to the Chairperson, engaging in strategic initiatives and sales efforts to drive the company forward.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate transversal sales projects between our companies, customers, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate and write quotations on behalf of all companies involved
- Liaise with customers to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Ensure that customer needs are met as the project evolves.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Analyze risks and opportunities.
- Support our local teams by providing project management, coordination between our companies, and attending meetings, audits, and calls with customers.
- Have a good understanding of the group’s products and services and be able to advise others about them.
- Attend biweekly sales meetings.
- Prospect and source new business on behalf of the group.
Must-have:
- Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in Aerospace B2B market and project coordination within Precision Machining Contract Manufacturing.
- Familiarity with IQ, OQ, and PQ protocol.
- Knowledge of the machining process and ability to read drawings.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English needed for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally, as well as presentation skills.
- Teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to work.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Tenacity and resilience, drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize the workload.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce).
- Communication skills in German and/or French.
