We currently have some opportunities for Part time Administrators with Co. Clare based clients on an initial 6 month, part time 3 days per week contract, with significant opportunity for the longer term. Person will be responsible for providing Administrative support to a number of departments.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in the organisation's databases and systems.
- Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of data entries to ensure data integrity.
- Identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors in data to maintain high-quality data records.
- Maintain records of data entry activities and report on data discrepancies when necessary.
- Assist in data processing tasks, including data extraction, data transformation, and data loading.
- Scanning, updating and verification of data on a number of different IT Systems.
- General Administration and Reporting.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in a similar role using a number of different IT Systems.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft suite of products.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work with minimum direction
