We currently have some opportunities for Part time Administrators with Co. Clare based clients on an initial 6 month, part time 3 days per week contract, with significant opportunity for the longer term.   Person will be responsible for providing Administrative support to a number of departments. 

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in the organisation's databases and systems.
  • Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of data entries to ensure data integrity.
  • Identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors in data to maintain high-quality data records.
  • Maintain records of data entry activities and report on data discrepancies when necessary.
  • Assist in data processing tasks, including data extraction, data transformation, and data loading.
  • Scanning, updating and verification of data on a number of different IT Systems.
  • General Administration and Reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working in a similar role using a number of different IT Systems.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft suite of products.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work with minimum direction
