eFlexes have a new and exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant with a well established and growing company based in Shannon, Co. Clare.
 
Reporting to the General Manager, this is a permanent full time office based role, working in a busy and vibrant environment.
 
With a focus on Accounts Administration, the role will also provide administrative support, and work closely with the General Manager on various projects as they arise.

Responsibilities will include:
 
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable
  • Posting Invoices
  • Reconciling Invoices
  • Ensuring all Payments are completed
  • Handling all relevant enquires
  • Credit Control
  • Dealing with Customers & Suppliers
  • Payroll preparation
  • Liaising with Accountant
  • Other duties pertaining to Accounts as required
  • Office Administration
 
Skills & Experience required:
 
  • Previous experience in a similar position is desirable
  • Have a high level of Computer literacy in MS Excel; Word
  • Numerical, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Experience working with Thesaurus Accounting System would be an advantage
  • A confident and assured telephone manner
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
  • This is an Office Based, full time position.
