Our story
eFlexes was established with a clear belief that recruitment should begin with a proper understanding of the business behind the role.
The company’s background was firmly in industry, with experience across manufacturing, engineering, customer service, healthcare, operations and finance. Having worked within multinational organisations and managed teams directly, the founders had experienced first-hand what it was like to recruit people into demanding operational environments.
That experience shaped the eFlexes approach from the beginning: understand the business properly, understand the person properly, and bring the two together in a way that works for both.
