Finance Assistant - Maternity Leave

We have an immediate opportunity for Finance Assistant (AP/AR/GL/Credit Control) to cover maternity leave with multinational client based in Shannon. The position requires a person with strong interpersonal and communication skills who must be able to multi-task and work to deadlines set by the Company and the Corporation. Person must demonstrate a strong team spirit.

The ideal candidate will have several years experience in a similar role, ideally in a manufacturing or engineering environment and ideally will be qualified / part qualified.

Physiotherapy Graduate (Part time) required for a multi-disciplined role working with the ageing population in the Limerick area

Accountant - part qualified

We have an immediate opportunity for part qualified Accountant for short term contract (4-5 month) with Shannon based multinational client.

Responsibilities include:

Providing daily production workload reports
Generating weekly KPI reports
Processing all bank payments and reconciliation at the end of month
Reviewing and updating Finance process documents
Supporting the Finance team as required

Background/Experience:

Snr Financial Accountant - Aviation

Your main objectives will be:

• Preparation of monthly cash reports.
• Preparation of accounting information for a number of securitization companies.
• Preparation of budgets / forecasts.
• Preparation and filing of annual accounts and submissions.
• Preparation of quarterly board papers and attendance at board meetings.
